Church Officers
There are four church officers who serve specific roles in overseeing church business. The Moderator, currently Judy Parks and the Moderator Elect, Vaughn Klopfenstein, together oversee the Church Council and conduct the business meetings. Treasurer Eldon Pugh receives and distributes church funds, and serves on the Board of Trustees. Church clerk Carol Paul records the minutes of the Annual and Town Hall meetings and oversees the official church records.

Church Council
The Church Council is our primary advisory and policy-making body. Its members are drawn from the members of the other governing bodies in the church - one from the Diaconate, one from the Board of Trustees , one from Christian Education, one from Mission Outreach, one from Long Range Planning, one from Music & Worship, one from Communications- along with two at-large members elected by the congregation.

Board of Trustees
The Board of Trusees oversees the church property and finances, and is responsible for the real estate owned by the church, including maintenance and care of the facilities and grounds. Primary duties include preparing the church's annual budget and organizing the annual stewardship campaign. There are 11 members, each elected to 5-year terms.

Diaconate
The Diaconate has general supervision over the spiritual affairs of the church. It works with the minister to promote and carry out the ministry of the church, including all spriritual matters, visitation of those who are ill or homebound, and administering the sacraments (communion and baptism). It also administers the disbursement of funds for the needy. There are 28 members, with seven elected to four-year terms each year by the Congregation.
