Weddings
Planning a wedding? First, congratulations! We're excited that you are considering First Congregational Church, United Church of Christ for such an important event. Please contact our church office for complete information and help planning the event here at the church. Our church adheres to these policies:
- Church rental, minister, and custodian fees will be listed on the current wedding fees chart.
- No smoking or alcohol is permitted in the church building.
- One of our ministers must participate in all weddings at FCC, UCC.
- We require that our church organist be offered the role of organist for the wedding.
Post-wedding receptions may be held in the church's Fellowship Hall, but must be served by our Women's Fellowship. The service includes use of the room, arrangement of tables, linens, dishes, clean-up, etc. Please contact the church office for information and applicable fees.
The wedding party is responsible for flowers, table decorations, cake, etc. Again, please contact the church office for details.
